Morgan founded Lullabies and Goodnights LLC with a clear vision; to provide compassionate, dependable, and dignified support in home or facility tailored to every stage of life. With extensive hands on experience in memory care, residential care settings, pediatric support, medication administration, and team training, Morgan understands both the emotional and operational realities families and facilities face when navigating complex care needs.
As a mother of a medically complex son who requires ongoing specialty appointments and coordinated care, Morgan brings not only professional expertise-but lived experience. She understands firsthand the importance of of reliable support, flexible scheduling, thoughtful coordination, and caregivers who truley recognize the wieght families carry.
Morgan is committed to to working collaboratively alongside facility staff, clinical teams, and families to ensure continuity of care within both residential settings and private homes. Her approach emphasizes professionalism, clear scope of practice, ethical standards, and seamless communication.
With plans to pursue Medicaid provider certif in the near future, Morgan’s long term vision is to expand access to services and responsibly extend support to a broader range of families.
